Actually the db in your project folder is just a template. It gets copied to your working directory at runtime the first time it can't find it there. If you have OverwriteIfExists set to true, then it will always copy to the working directory, but this is not recommended for databases that are updated at runtime since it will overwrite any data that you have changed at runtime. If the data is static, then always overwriting is fine. If you have some static data and some dynamic data changed at runtime, it is recommended to split the data into two databases, overwriting the static one to avoid having to do code upgrade paths. dont understood what you mean exactly with "databases that are updated at runtime", you mean about data structure or rows? In any case i just create a newdatabase via editor and simplesql, after this i modify db and insert my table and some data with dbbrowser. Next i want retrieve my data but at this time i'm really confused what i miss? i don't need overwrite db, because i want read the data already in my db and not overwrite nothing. What is wrong?

The database in your project is just a template. The database that is actually updated exists in your working directory specified by Application.persistentData. Please see these links for more information: linklink
