Is there a way to always keep the same cell visible even if I had data at the end or start of my dataset?
Thank

Sorry I missed this post, I never received an email alert. Glad we could solve this via email!

My suggestion to Morphus via email was:
"You might have some success if you create two cells in your scroller, one for the fixed cell and one for the rest of the cells. The second cell will then have a nested vertical scroller in it to contain all the other cells. You would just need to make sure that the second cell size is never larger than the overall scroller height minus the first cell's height. That way once the overall scroller gets to the top, you are actually scrolling inside the second cell.
Again, I haven't tried this, so this may not work, but I'm sure you can probably find some variation on this with a little experimentation. Check out Demo #12 for an example of nested scrollers. This example nests horizontal scrollers inside a vertical scroller, so you'd need to modify that to have a vertical scroller in the second cell."
They came up with a different solution, but since it is not mine, I'll let Morphus decide if they want to post here.
