Hello again,
I have another quick question, how feasible would it be to convert the book prefab as it is into something that more closely resembles a notebook (something like this, where the pages flip up)?

The easiest way would be to rotate the book game object 90 degrees (the root object, not just the mesh -- that way all the stand-ins get rotated too). You might need to adjust the scale on the axis to get the exact dimensions you need. Please see this FAQ for more information on scaling: FAQYou wouldn't have the spiral wire at the top, but you might be able to add a static mesh that just sits in that position.

Sorry, I should've been more clear about what specifically I'm considering:
1. The pages of the EndlessBook are not perfectly flat; they curve slightly towards the spine of the book, which doesn't suit a notebook too well. How would I go around editing that? 2. Would I be able to modify the animations such that the cover of the note book flips all the way to the back (instead of staying open at 180 degrees)?

Yep, you can modify the animations if you wish. I can recommend Blender as it is free and is what I used to make the animations. It would probably be easier to start from scratch if you are proficient in modeling since you'd need to change almost every aspect of the animation, including all of its bones. Really, the only thing you would be keeping from EndlessBook is the scripts since the model would be a completely new product.
