Hello
I can´t to understand some things about the demos and the game´s document.
I have thought about video tutorials but you don´t have.
Maybe it's important to have tutorial videos for explain the step by step.
I think it could be beneficial for you, in promotion and in eliminating user
doubts for better explain the structure and interface of products.
For example, now I am trying to add dynamic title located on the book´s cover,
but I can´t, I don´t now where is my error, I have tried many ways, one of them
was adapt the demo 2 used the "Table of Contents” but since I don't know the structure.
I'm wondering if it's the best way. It is possible that they make video tutorials to
explain step by step the structures of the program.

For a dynamic texture, you will want to set up your book cover material to use a rendertexture. For this, you will need a second camera in your scene that points at a text object and background image (or images, or whatever you want on your book cover). You then set your camera's output to a rendertexture and use that texture in your book cover material. Rendertextures aren't specific to EndlessBook, and are part of the Unity system so there are a ton of tutorials already out there. Here's a Youtube search to get you started: link
