Minor quality of life issue. When making a change in SimpleSQLManager (e.g. changing the database file or one of the settings) this doesn't dirty the Unity scene, so changes are lost if the scene is closed without doing something else that forces a save.

I've had a few users report this, but I was unable to reproduce so I'm not sure what is happening. Some things you might try: 1) Delete the SimpleSQLManager object in your scene. Recreate a new one with the same settings. 2) If you have the SimpleSQLManager in a prefab, try making it just a static object in the scene instead. 3) Try a different Unity version. Perhaps there is a bug in the version you are using. If these don't work, you can send me a simple example project demonstrating the issue. The simpler, the better. Please see this FAQ for more information: link
