How to reverse,set the bottom cellview is the first???

EnhancedScroller is data-driven, so you will just need to change the order of your data elements, then call ReloadData on the scroller.

Check out Demo #16 (Chat) included with the plugin that shows how cells can be added at the bottom and scrolled upwards as they are added (like a typical chat application).
