Hello,
This is my situation
1. Implementing a dialogue cutscene that adds a cell view with single text when I touch the screen.
2. When the CellView is added, To show fade-in or typing effect, I call DOTween or TextAnimatorPlayer with the child UI of the CellView. (https://assetstore.unity.com/packages/tools/gui/text-animator-for-unity-254677)
3. When the CellView is added, entire cell views are flickering. becuase _RecycleAllCells() is called every time for the ReloadData().
This is a very fatal problem for my situation. I can't use your asset for my project.
If you can't fix it, please get back to me quickly. I have to find another list to use.

You shouldn't call ReloadData while tweening. ReloadData should only be called when the tween is finished. Please see Demo #15 (Expanding Cells) for an example of this.
